Although this is a powerful aid to healing and maintaining health, it is not a substitute for medical care. That being said, I believe that the Mind, Body and Spirit are not only willing, but ABLE to heal the body no matter what the dis-ease. If this meditation session is used properly, that is, therapeutically, there must be improvement in the condition, and it cannot harm you any way.
To stay on the right side of the law, just let me say this: For optimal health and healing you need a good doctor (preferably a Holistic doctor), a good attitude, and a good certified hypnotherapist.
To use your new CD for therapeutic purposes, follow these instructions:
Establish a bed time. Go to bed at that time even if you are not sleepy. Go through your usual routine i.e. brush you teeth, wash up, shower or bath, etc. If at first, you don't slip off to sleep right away, that's ok, the body will get the idea after a night or two.
Take supplements
If your health professional has you on a diet, be sure to follow it as closely as possible. However, if he doesn't have you taking supplements, tell him/her that you want them. Now, here is where you take some initiative; don't ask them which supplements to take, instead, show them the list at the bottom of this page and ask if they will be ok for you to take. If he/she says no to any of them, be sure to ask why. Believe it or not, doctors won't take offence. In fact they like patient involvement. If your MD is a holistic physician, none of this will be an issue. They no doubt have you on these or other supplements that are just as effective.
Listening to the session
Illicit a state of health in your mind. Spend a few minutes imagining how you would feel if you were in a perfect state of health. You do this by recalling a time when you felt healthy, vibrant and full of energy. Don't worry if it's difficult to do at first, just use that great imagination to pretend that you are in perfect health. The subconscious mind (nonconscious) cannot distinguish between real and imagined experiences. Soon you'll be able to illicit the state quickly and easily.
To do this is an important step because whenever you practice hypnosis, or any form of meditation, you are entering, so to speak, your own subconscious world. you take with you whatever feeling or vibration you are experiencing at the time. This feeling or vibration will join with and reinforce feelings that are already in there. So, be sure to take this step.
The rest is easy. Just listen. Listen without any expectation as to outcome. Just listen.
Use this CD every day for 21 days. You may feel better right away, or it may take a few days, whenever you notice it, Illicit a state of gratefulness and say to yourself "Thank you" 'Thank you" "Thank you". Then let it go. The subconscious mind tends to give you more of that for which you are grateful.
That's it. Just follow these instructions and the instructions of you health professional and you will be fine.

I also recommend that you limit the use of microwave ovens. In fact, some health professionals say it's best not to use them at all.
